The Marshall Perf Board in DIYLC has some sort of goofy hole spacing.
The nearest I could figure out was that you would have to use a 0.94mm grid spacing with that board if you want components to line up with the holes
If you ever want to have a custom board made, it would be way better if you created your own custom perf board.
You have to use a blank board for all custom boards that I make
You cannot use the Marshall perf board to have a custom board made
Here's how to do that and save it as a building block
In my image examples below:
I used a blank board and changed the colors to the same as the Marshall Perf Board
I set the main project grid spacing to 5mm. It can be anything you want.
The snap to grid is set to on in the config menu
I added a bunch of eyelets to my board
Then I selected the board and eyelets and grouped them
Then I clicked on my grouped item and saved it as a building block
In my last image you can see I clicked on my building block and pasted four boards
