Hello. I am building a clone of this amp(wanted something all octal for a change). Isn't there supposed to be a grid leak resistor from pin 4 to ground at V2B? Thank you.

no - it's a DC coupled concertina. DC at the anode of V2A sets the bias for the concertina.

ALL of V2A absorbs any V2B grid leakage. Fine as drawn.
