Title: Supro 6420 Baffle Thickness

Does anyone know what the material and thickness of the original Supro 6420 speaker baffle is?
I am building one and want to match original as close as possible.

Also it seems that the Supro 6497 was similar cabinet design (to 6420) with the unusual slant side front and back. Does anyone know of the cabinets are the same dimensions? Or if not what the 6497 dimensions are?

Fingerjoints cut and glued. First time cabinet. Son helped route and glue

is 1/2" round over the correct size for the edges?

Does anyone know if the S6497 uses the same cabinet?
And what the chassis cutout dimensions might be?
I have estimated from pictures
