Hi.
I bought this kit time ago.
Checking the installation instructions i find that they put a ground connection in the rectifier bridge AND in the switching jacks and front panel switchs.
All i read about this topic call for floating switching, with only the rectifier connected to ground.
I'm reading wrong the manual or something is different in this kit?
Thanks in advance.

Did you read the note on the bottom left of the datasheet? :l2:

Yep... that's why I asked here and not to them....
Funny thing, rectifier ground and jack "ground" are connected in the pcb... with no labeled point for ground....
That's over my pay grade..... :help:

If you use a separate 6.3V transformer there is no danger with connecting the negative terminal to chassis. But if you intend to steal 6.3V from your filament winding, DO NOT CONNECT THE BOARD OR ANY FOOTSWITCH JACKS TO CHASSIS! The entire relay board and FS jacks should float. There is no reason to connect any part of that relay power supply to chassis.

Just what i thought...
The instructions they include with the kit are calling for problems.....
Thanks!
