While I don't know exactly what everything does with this software, I used to enjoy using it when attempting to design my own amps. That was back when I used a Windows machine. Then I moved to Mac and I have been unable to run the software for years... Until today!!!
I did not know there is a Mac version available. If you look on the website, it does not say anything about it being available for Mac - it still talks about Windows 95 and NT.

But if you click on the Software Download link refers you to the following site for downloads:

Its not until you click on the Files link on that page that you will find a psud2_macos folder. I don't remember if that link is public. You might have to sign up for access, but here is the link.

Seems to work better than the Windows version and there are way more tube models than there used to be.
Now, if I only knew how to model a power supply when you don't know the voltages/current of the circuit.

The increase in number of rectifiers has been happening for years, via user contributions. A small fraction of these models are broken; don't be shocked, just grab a similar model.

Looks like about 1 year late to finding out about this. That’s not too bad. I suspect there are others like me that haven’t visited the DIY Audio site in a while.
