Title: power TX w/o center tap and tremolo
Post by: isaac_teller on May 12, 2021, 01:12:19 pm
Hello again. I'm building a Blackface Deluxe clone. The power TX doesn't have a center tap(full wave bridge rectifier). I have no problem obtaining the bias voltage from one leg of the AC secondary but how would I implement the tremolo? Thank you.

What do you perceive to be the sticking point?

There's no 50 volt tap. I'm using this bias circuit. Everything works out except the cap connected to the 2M2 resistor

Take that feed from the raw bias supply, the -ve end of C2.
