Title: Hickok 539B tube tester
Post by: MikeW86 on June 03, 2021, 01:35:48 pm
I took ownership of this tube tester about 6 years ago. It belonged to my grandfather who passed away in 2011, and it's the former property of TWA airlines, where he retired. It isn't functioning (the 83 mercury vapor tube, I believe, was bad, and had pieces rattling around inside it). I'm interested in having this tester refurbished and calibrated, if it isn't insanely expensive, and putting it to use. Is there a reputable person who does this type of service, and what's the round-about price?
