Title: Exterma; speaker inpedance match
Post by: jamesedmunda on August 26, 2021, 08:12:41 pm
I hane a amp with a 8 ohm output transformer and 2 16 ohm speakers Parallel. There is a external speaker jack that doesn't cut the internal speakers, if I plug in a 16 ohm cab is that like 6 ohms total, which should be ok.
 TIA Jasmes

Cathode biased tube amps do not care.

If this is some other kinda amp, you might say so.
