I started learning the guitar at the tender age of 64(that was 3 years ago).  I'm planning on building a Hoffman Champ this winter.  I've been working with electronics since I was 10, off and on.  I also have been doing woodworking for 50 years.

My plan is to build an Atwater Kent for the case.  I haven't decided exactly what model, but I'm leaning towards a 206 or an 80, table top models. I've been gathering knowledge for the last 4 months and am now ready to start getting the pieces together.
