Title: Cap can in chassis.
Post by: joesatch on September 18, 2021, 07:49:57 am
Running out of room it looks like i will need to install the cap can in the chassis sideways. Any issues i should be aware of? Will having it near 'X" cause a problem? I intend to mount this cap can underneath oriented how i show it here. Any issues?  The mains will be coming in under the choke in the lower left. The OT will be above a significant portion of the board.  Will any noise issues occur from this layout?

Nice work on that amp. Too bad they all weren't that neat.
