Title: Long overdue Hello from Florida

I'm Jim,

Long time follower of the site.  Was a little active on here 10 years or so ago, but after I built the twin reverb I still have I focused mor on other hobbies such as guitar obviously.  Anyway, that old email went dormant as well so I had to create my 72Blazer handle.  Anyway, I'm back to tinkering again.

I'm a retired Air Force "scope dope" radar operator and controller.  Not ATC!  We controlled aircraft on tactical missions (intercepting them "Rooskies!).  So I have never been to any electronics courses.  After 20 years of service, I retired.  that was 20 years ago-where does the time go... 

I appreciate all the help over the years, the patience, and the advice.  I challenge myself to follow your instructions and such to the best of my abilities.  I've got some thick skin and can take constructive criticism.

I am also thankfull for Mr. Hoffman starting this all up and I am also glad to see most of the old heads are still around.  A national treasure if you will for the art of amp building, tweaks, and repairs.
