Does anyone know if there is an on-line course offered to learn tube amp theory etc.? I'd really like to understand this more. I have a day job so that's why I'm asking about an on-line course.

When this came out I found this video to be a good classroom approach to learning. He spends most of the video breaking down the AB763 circuit.
Based on your posts, I would suggest this video to help you get a little more up to speed.

Kudos to Rob for the work on his site, and it’s great as a compendium of mods, with very well drawn layouts. But it contains too many errors to recommend it as a learning resource.

Just to explain, anytime I open a link or topic there, whilst there’s lots of good info, within a few sentences, I invariably come across an technical error or (significant) omission.
