Post by: Stuff4bikes on December 07, 2021, 09:44:05 pm
For a guitar I guess....I found several buckets full of tubes in the lot i bought at an estate sale..some of the ones that interested. Me...I have multiples of these listed..any of these listed do any service in a guitar amp?

6SA7's
6K7's
6J6
6J5
6BQ7A
6AQ8
I also received a bucket of 4 and 5 pin tubes but haven't looked through them...

I checked them out on the site....
Just wondering if these tubes work for guitars.

Only tube I've seen/used, of those, is the 6J5. They're often used as a driver or PI both in hifi and guitar amps.
