Title: Hard time finding transfomer L brackets?
Post by: turbofeedus on January 10, 2022, 10:20:47 am
Need to replace the vertical mount L brackets for a salvaged OT.
These aren't just bent up, the metal has separated at the bend.

I thought this would be a more commonly available item, maybe I'm just missing them?
Worst case I will just get some sheet metal and whip out the jig saw, but I thought I would see if someone has a source.

Weber sells bell ends and standup brackets like your picture, their made for one of his PT’s but may or may not be the right size.
$10.30 for two bell covers and the stand-up brackets.
Under amp parts; then transformers; at Weber amp kits. Worth a shot, they have specs listed.

I checked out the weber parts, those aren't going to fit my transformer unfortunately. I think the angle pieces sluckey recommended are the way to go. Thanks!
