Title: Fender Faceplates
Post by: jy67 on March 09, 2022, 11:01:38 am
Has anyone had any luck straightening out bent face plates (usually near the bottom where they've been dragged out of the cabinet).?

Or just leave the mojo?

What's the general consensus?

I'm sure "somebody" has done it. It is amazing what a good tin-knocker can do. The early Ferraris were banged-out on a sandbag on a stump.

Can you or I make a neat job of it?  I'm sure I can't. (Right now I can't even get the inner fender on the minivan to set right.)
