Title: Matchless Lightning 15 Home Built

Just completed Matchless Lightning 15 build (sluckey's layout), and played it this afternoon. It developed a rattle which sounds like it's coming from a tube... Will look into it during the week. If you listen carefully you can hear it in this short clip:

The recording was done with a Les Paul straight into the ML15.

Tube rattle now gone. Swapped power amp tubes. There are five sound clips available. Just me noodling on the Les Paul and a Strat. Various settings and styles. In one of the clips I used a spring reverb pedal plugged into the effects loop. It's a Mosky. The pedal is dead silent and there's no loss in signal. It being *so* cheap, is a plus. Once again, an awesome amp!

Yeah. lol. The collection didn't happen overnight though. It's been a while since I started. Many of those amps are as vintage as I am.  :smiley:
