Title: Arduino Project for Motorized Settings Adjustment
Post by: RadioComm on May 08, 2022, 07:49:04 pm
Hello,

Neil Young uses the 'Whizzer' for his 5e3 to instantaneously change its settings from a foot-switch.

Here are some links to a Guitarist's  pages who completed an Arduino build to do exactly that:

Take care. ttfn.

Thanks but that site is not secure
It does not have https://

I never visit sites that are not secure

I actually just bought a couple arduino units and some raspberry pi. for this very thing and to sync to tap tempo or CV, while also managing LED pixel mapping.

impeccable timing. thanks for the github link!

I will check out those projects when I get time

 nopro. Indeed SBC/arduino projects are fun. I have too many on-going projects to spare time to start an Arduino one, but have mucked around with a couple of SBC ones. Not sure the eegsynth project will apply to what you need, but here's a project page + github link for a cv/gate controller:

https://www.eegsynth.org/?p=268
https://github.com/eegsynth/eegsynth/tree/master/hardware/usb2cvgate_4channel

I don't do much with synthesizers. I have an original Korg MS-10, and use a Korg MS-3 signal processor to convert my guitar pitch to CV. I also sometimes use my Moogfooger FreqBox to connect my guitar to the MS-10. The FreqBox also has a CV out.
