Title: Help with AS-05T200 PT rectification
Post by: joesatch on June 09, 2022, 10:13:00 pm
This toroidial PT is outputting 210vac into the FWB and i'm measuring 210VDC on the rectifier out tap. I've never seen this. The voltage rectified is the same. What's wrong here? Shouldn't it be much higher? I have the reservoir cap disconnected.

You have the reservoir cap disconnected.

Try connecting it.

i think because the cap is disconnected, the peak voltage isn't being sustained. I' guessing this is the issue
