Title: NFB tap question
Post by: joesatch on June 23, 2022, 08:31:02 am
I re-built a DSL100 but used only 2 power tubes so i halved the OT taps used (4 ohm OT tap going to 8 ohm speaker jack and 8 ohm OT tap going to 16 ohm speaker jack).  The layout i was working with for a 50 watt build calls for the NFB connected to the 16 ohm OT tap but i connected it to the 8 ohm OT tap. Should i move it to the 16 ohm tap? i ask because my depth pot doesnt do much
