maybe start here
Trouble shooting an amp problem guidelines (el34world.com) (https://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=21999.0)
maybe post what you've tried so far, DCv's, scope shots...

Swap the output tubes around. Does the light show stay with the tube?

This blue light stay all the time, I just turn on and off the amp to show the problem
-
Of course it does. But does the blue light only occur inside that one tube, regardless of which socket it is plugged into?
-
Try what sluckey is suggesting- swap the output tubes around and see if the problem stays with the tube or stays with the socket.
(PS switch the amp off before swapping the tubes around)

I try it and the proble persist in the valve, but now is in the other socket..
So maybe the problem is the tubes ...
The same issue happens in the other tube but less pronounce
