Title: stronger reverb needed in a TK Imperial circuit
Post by: Bieworm on August 04, 2022, 02:55:16 am
Hey guys.. maybe you can look at this schematic and give some advice on making the reverb stronger in a TK Imperial circuit.
It looks like it has the same tube layout as the blackface reverb but the components differ. I already tried a larger cathode bypass cap on the 12AT7 driver side. (22uf vs 4.7uf) But that doesn't do much IMHO
Maybe a higher value reverb level pot?
And what is the benefit of that 200R (R33) resistor after the cathode bypass cap (C23)?

muchos thanxos

These changes should get you a lot more reverb...
