If running B+ leads under to board to the plates in various stages (B+3,B+4,B+5) , will twisting them all together along the way reduce noise?

deleted sorry that was talking about twisting HV pairs from PT to recto.

nope that's only for pairs of ac leads. making sure they stay attached to the floor of the chassis may be helpful, but in all actuality you shouldn't have any issue with dc leads under your board. some folks twist em because they think it looks cool. i think a bunch of red wires twisted around each other makes it confusing to determine which is which

If the power supply rail is filtered sufficiently, then the HT voltages should all be at a steady DC potential (barring tendencies to sag when the output stage is driven hard*), and there shouldn’t be any ‘noise’. So no benefit in twisting
*i.e., when the signal noise is drowning out all other noises anyway
