Title: Best places for 5e3 combo cab and speaker?

I have all the parts for a 5e3 build on the way. Now I need to get a combo cabinet and speaker. Where are some good places to purchase a cabinet? Also, I'm asking for some speaker recommendations. I definitely lean more towards the blues and rock and roll side, but I'd like to get some great cleans as well.

I see a lot of mentions about "narrow panel" or "wide panel". What does that mean?

 Cabs:

I just got one I ordered from Guitar Cabinets Direct.  Quality on it is as good as Fenders.  Chassis opening is just right.  They have a lot of Tweed Deluxe cabs.  Read the description to make sure your chassis will fit.

Weber says they currently have delays in getting the cabinets out and mention supply issues..     Guitar cabs direct used to make cabinets for Mojotone and are very good cabinets. But there are many places to get a cabinet made.  Some listed on Reverb.

@ledvetter: I know you've already bought your cabinet, but for future reference, as I mentioned to @willabe, unfinished cabs available on ebay. My two saved sellers:

As far as I can tell, this is just another facing for Mojotone.
