Title: Vox AC15HW1X Mods

So as I mentioned in another thread I picked up a Vox AC15HW1X on Reverb and I intend to modify it to improve it's tone.  I found a website of a gentlemen named Nick who has modded the amp a bit and I thought I would share a link to his site:

My plan is to build the Sluckey 1960 amp in my head cabinet and then compare the improved modded 12AX7 version to the EF86 version.  We'll see how they compare.

i can get behind changing the values of caps (haven't looked at the schematic to be able to comment on the particular values) but not so much on changing brand or whatever
i'm a big fan of grid stoppers though

Grid stoppers and value changes have my approval as well.
