Title: Mechanical Circuits: Electronics without Electricity

I know this is "in the wrong place" but this board gets the most views.

Check out the video below.  With some minor exceptions (transforming voltage in DC circuit), this "toy" provides mechanical analogies to electronic circuits.  Some concepts are easier to see/feel, leading to better understanding.

Pretty cool. Never saw this before. It would be a great way to teach electricity in school.

Current is literally "how fast (a set quantity of) electrons move past a point" so visually seeing it as "how fast the chain moves" is brilliant for explaining Current & Resistance.
