Looks like it happened a couple years ago but I never saw anything about this?

you're reading the wrong news


don't have the links, there are 20+ mills/granaries this past year all went up in a blast/fire/spontaneous something, guesses range from 20-40% impact on food-stocks for both human and animal.

I've seen worse. Two percent of the world supply of bourbon (approximately 90,000 barrels) burned in a single fire.

I do remember when that happened in Jay.  Love that footage. You get to hear some real Mainers uncensored.

Flour mills are bad.
The lace mill up the street went up from lint and a spark when I was a kid.
It took days to get it out.

Worst thing I ever saw go up was a propane rail car!
