Title: LND150 buffered loop options
Post by: craig.kimble on January 13, 2023, 04:07:20 pm
Hello,

I am wanting to experiment with making an active FX loop and have been looking at several designs leveraging the LND150 MOSFET. However, they are clearly difficult to find from the usual suspects. Everyone lists them as on backorder. I have found a few on ebay at inflated prices from China, but am afraid these are probably fake. What are others using as a suitable replacement?

Thanks!

Craig

off topic but somewhat related. Where are you sourcing LND150's ?  They are out everywhere
