Is a classic pocket radio (totem-pole power stage).
Follow the ungrounded end of the volume control to an emitter. Unsolder (or never solder) that leg, use the hole and the volume ground as signal input.
Add like 0.05uFd 400V and 100k in series with the input to reduce excess loudness and pot-smoke (no, not that kind).
Probably makes a very bad guitar amp too. (Even a buffer would help a lot.)
