Title: Isolation Taco

I picked this up for 10 today at the flea market. At a TACO stand no less. Seems to be almost new or hardly used. I borrowed an electric razor and it powered it up . Should be fine??? What to check for?

Verify voltage in = voltage out.  Verify no continuity between primary and secondary.  Basic transformer checks.
