Title: ABS Plastic as Turret Board Material?

So, what do ya think? I’ve got a bunch of it. Would love to use it for something good.

I would not use it for turret board material. Hoffman's turret board material is VERY inexpensive, super durable and easy to work with and proven.


Maybe it would work, but I'd be concerned about the turrets becoming loose given the softness of most of the ABS plastic sheets I've had.

Isn't ABS fairly toxic when heated? The "S" is styrene and I have been seriously injured by styrene fumes.
