Title: Question? I have this Weber International Transformer .

 I have a weber WO22798 INT transformer and it has a Blue with red striped wire it says 45 Volts is that a bias tap?

What would make One side of a 6V6 push pull Bias but not the other side? I thought when you biased the one side the other would also be biased also, would that have to do with phase inversion?

Most likely a wiring error.
