This amp makes a loud noise for 3-4 seconds when switching from low to high power or standby to high power. Volumes and eq have no effect on noise. High power is very weak. Low power works fine. Low-Stby-High power switch checks fine (ohm and voltage). Effects return both low and high power work fine. Tubes have been swapped no help. All tube voltages appear good in low and high power mode. Any thoughts?
