I have been talking with a friend about building him a small Fender-based amp (with reverb-only), as even the Blues Jr he is currently using is more than he really needs, due to mic-ing & in-ears.
I had quite a collection of various Champ reverb schematics saved & had thought to implement Tubenit's one-tube circuit in an adaptation.
But after looking at several different designs, using 2-tube reverb for the additional mixer/gain stage from the extra triode, seems to make sense for this one.
This thread from a few years back had multiple drafts (as well as many others in the original post) but the final version looked promising THREAD LINK (https://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=25922.0)
I am wondering if anyone ended up building anything from this design?

This is reported as a proven circuit.
With respect, Tubenit

Some other ideas to look over also if you want to.
I have NOT personally built any of these that I am posting for you.

Thanks so much!
I hadn't seen either of those.
At first glance, the first one looks much the same as the one you drew from the thread I referred to.

Just a thought for you .....................
The HoSo56 is only about 7 watts or so and it's push/pull using 6BM8 tubes. Only a little more wattage than a Champ but the little bit extra comes in handy playing out in quiet venues. I use my "The Minimalist" amp with 6BM8 tubes at open mics and it's always worked well for me so far.
Just a thought .......... not pushing the idea at all.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will see what he thinks.
I don't think I have ever played through a 6BM8 amp

Yes.
Follow link below. I used a power pentode to drive the reverb tank.

Thanks everyone for the ideas to mull, greatly appreciated.
I think I have enough parts on-hand to build a basic test-sled to fool with & will start with the standard 6V6 configuration, though the KT88-version Champ Plus is pretty interesting!
Pretty sure I have an unused 20WSE OT on the shelf from another build that I later changed up....
