Title: Choke for 5f6a build

I have a Hammond choke 158q it is 5H and 100ohm would it be appropriate to use in my build?  I have a few of them I won in an auction and I would like to use it in my power supply.  I’m not really grasping the math of inductances-I think it’ll probably work ok but I tend to agree with myself fairly often.
