what is a floating baffle? most baffles I've seen are attached with cleats to the cabinets, how would a floating baffle be attached?

like a tweed fender, 4 screws through the front of the cab, nothing behind the baffle. the whole thing shakes when you turn it up.

The screws are in the top and the bottom of thos tweed fenders....the sides aren't attached....they "float."
