Title: The Lamps!

I started building these lamp bases in '88. Today I finished them!   :l2:

Just WOW!
My Uncle Forest (yep, legal name) worked for Gibson when he got back from Korea, mandolins, did the wood selection, pearl inlays...40 more years in a job-shop wood shop. he retired, bought the Mark V, amazing stuff,... Your work, is next-level work, Family heirloom pieces!!!

And a great story on many levels.

Gives me hope for my own unfinished projects (read life:)
