From hints I thought he was within an hour of me in semi-north Maine. His IP traces to Mass?
None of the victim names looks like his handle, but that's not proof.
Lewiston is a long way south from here, but many of us have connections. Not too much me because I am from away, but our nearby Police had connections to the shooter, even trained with him.
