Title: Hi gain preamp with audio transformer

Hi,  this is me Colas, do you recognize me ???


Hola amigos....I am looking  for a higain preamp with an audio transformer. Basically, it is an higain amplifier but designed to be used as a preamp . I have already a line out device to send the signal to a clean amp.

Why does it need to have an audio transformer?

What purpose/benefit are you looking for with the audio transformer?

I'll  build a Garnet Herzog, which is exactly what I want. For more gain, I'll add more preamp tubes. I didn't find nothing else.

It's just a slightly modified champ. The schematic is in the tube amp schematics library.
