Title: Adding Reverb
Post by: jewishjay on January 16, 2024, 11:21:36 pm
Hey gang, I'm toying with the of adding one tube verb to this amp. The first image is tested and proven. I love the sound. The second image is a rough pass at what adding reverb might look like.

I wonder if it would work, and how it could be improved....like, could I return the reverb at the other grid of the LTP and eliminate the 100k and 330k? Or would that be out of phase?

Id prefer to keep it all octal, but 6SN7 might not be the best reverb tube for this application. Other suggestions?

Matchless Chieftain connects to reverb return to the other grid of the LTP. Schematic in the schematics library.

For documentation purpose give a look also to the VOX Cambridge Reverb schematic
