Title: Harmony H194
Post by: clyde on January 25, 2024, 11:14:49 pm
Totally trashed, chassis only, power cord cut, no tubes, 2 6J5's into a 6V6.  The Plan:  6SJ7 and a 6J5 into that 6V6 to a field coil speaker, replacing the toy OPT.  The question:  Which comes first, the chi.., oops the 6SJ7 or the 6J5?  This one is contact biased at the input.  The amp can't be fired up at all to see how it does or doesn't work.  What think ye?  BTW, the schematic doesn't exist online but I'd be happy to fwd my hand-drawn one to someone who could put it into the proper format for the schematics library.  Thank you.

I skewed, cropped, and grayscaled it. It's a bit easier to read...
