Check out this video
This technician test a $18 oscilloscope and uses it to fix a commodore computer.
They are now $21 and there is a $24 version that has better cable/probes.

There are more expensive units also at Ali.
I buy stuff from Ali Express all the time in case you are concerned about this site.

Nice scope, can I test 240 volts sine wave or it is only good for low voltages ?

I don't remember
Did he say in the video?

I don't know. I did not listen all.

from what I seen, he stays mostly on the digital side of things, signal path stuff.
from what I know about scopes, you can measure about any VAC or VDC with "input conditioning" so things like voltage dividers for DC and step-down transformers for AC.
scopes aren't really the go-to piece of equipment for "power" that's best done with meters designed for that purpose

I got one after seeing the price and part of the video.
It is a very simple device, BUT it seems to work very well. Locks on to signal readily, and displays nicely.
Product info states: 1X 400VPP 10X 800VPP
I would not consider this as a replacement for a standard 'scope due to its simplicity . . .
But I will use it as a monitoring device. And if it craps out, well ok, I'm out $24.
