This is important stuff here.
The scope of the Chevron deference doctrine was when a legislative delegation to an administrative agency on a particular issue or question was not explicit but rather implicit, a court may not substitute its own interpretation of the statute for a reasonable interpretation made by the administrative agency.
In other words, government entities like the DEA, EPA, VA and ATF could make their own laws without congress making the law.
This has led to out of control agencies over stepping their intended authority.
The Supreme court over turned the original law so now congress must pass a law.
This is how the constitution was designed to operate.
Not some rogue government agency coming up with their own over reaching laws.
So now. check this out.
The VA says they will not comply with the law.
And now the EPA says it will not.
The ATF just killed a man in his home in an insane raid.
Lets see how they react to the law change.
Lets see who wins, Congress and the law or out of control government agencies.
Should be interesting what happens next.
I'll post a couple videos below
