Title: hotdog water Bugera G5 infinium repair
Post by: fossilshark on August 03, 2024, 01:23:04 pm
Hi all, I know its a little disrespectful to consider this a tube amp but it the output section does technically have a tube so  :icon_biggrin:

If I crank the volume and gain and strum really hard i get a few farts out of it but thats about it. I am measuring 200v across R201 and 0v across R202. both resistors read 22k but R201 has some heat discoloration. When measured against ground both resistors have 344v where V2+ is connected.

I am leaning towards a bad MOSFET but I just wanted to double check with you guys before I go ordering parts.

Read voltage from the ground, not across
