Title: How to find year of my magnavox stereo console

Hello new to forum, I was trying to see if I could find help on finding the year of my Magnavox Imperial Micromatic stereophonic, trying to find a needle for the record player. Any help thank you.

model or serial number anywhere on the unit?

and what do you get when you feed that into the matrix?
I'll stab in dark n say that 87 at the end is a date

Looks you've been at this search for years . . .  when I entered the info into the Matrix, your query from 2021 popped up as the only info.

Maybe checkout the info on the backs of pots, and/or possibly transformer codes.
