Sadly you can sue a ham sandwich for being too salty in America.
When you get sued for BS and win, you still lose. Legal fees, lost income, stress & lack of sleep should be factored in. I went thru 5 years of hell over a BS lawsuit! At least the jerk is in prison for a long time on some unrelated charges! Karma Baby!  :worthy1: :worthy1: :worthy1:
