You may not know the White hat Hacker named Ryan Montgomery
I first saw him on the Sean Ryan podcast a while back
One of his missions is to catch Pedophiles
He also has a company that companies can hire to test their security.

He was on the PDB podcast recently and revealed some info that was of great interest to me.
There has been a major data breach involving 2.9 billion private records.
Your Social Security number is part of this data
He gave info on what you can try and do to protect your identity.
This website can show you what info has been compromised.

This data was sold to evil beings and is available on the Dark Web.
There is nothing you can do to remove this data but you can go to 3 major credit score companies and put a freeze on your credit info.
The first thing to do is go here and find out if your name is listed

Make sure you enter different names like Bob or Robert and different places you have lived.
Doug Hoffman did not reveal my info but Douglas Hoffman did.
It will show you a list of people and you will be able to identify yourself by the info they show.

I showed up 2 times on the list and they have my social security number.
I went to the 3 credit companies and created accounts and then froze my credit info so no one can access it
You have to go back to the web sites and un-freeze it if you want someone to access that info.
So if you take out a loan, etc.
