I am cutting down my transistor collection and have the following for sale. Most are PNP Germaniums but there are also a few hard to find NPN Germaniums. Some are new but most are used and have leads long enough to be used with sockets. All have been tested and work. The HFE ratings vary which is normal for early transistors. The lower HFE transistors would work fine for buffers, boosters, gain recovery stages, or circuits with multiple cascaded gain stages. If you really need more power you could build a hybrid circuit with newer Silicon transistors or combine them in a Darlington transistor or Sziklai pair. For instance two 25 HFE transistors in a Darlington pair equal 625 HFE which is more than enough for any single transistor circuit.If you want a specific HFE let me know and I will see which are closest to your specs.
