In the user agreement you have to check a box to become a member
The registration agreement says you will be banned if you use a VPN server.
VPN's are used to disguise your IP address
Malicious people do that to hide their location
If you use a VPN when registering, your registration will just be deleted.
Some members do not use a VPN when they register but then use one later
These members get banned
You will see the reason why you were banned when you try and login
