Title: That worst phone call

Just wanted to pass this along. My friend and neighbor, Roy, developed severe insomnia post covid.
His doctor decided after a recent sleep study to put him on Ambien right after New Years. He said it
wasn't really helping and he'd talk to his doctor at his next appointment. (the last week of Feb.)
Sadly, he took his own life on Sunday morning. He texted his son at 4:00 AM lamenting that he
can't take this sleeplessness anymore. His brother found him at 8:00 in his bed with a single
gunshot wound to the temple.

Guys, if the doctor puts you on a new medication and you feel like something is wrong, Please!
Don't wait! Call the doctor or go to the hospital!

If you pray, please add my friend Roy's loved ones to your prayers.
