Been going over a my used and abused 1974 Vibro Champ.. it's a great sounding amp but has seen some moisture.
This is what the push-in glides and tolex staples look like on the bottom after years of moisture I guess.

I sometimes install some small hard rubber feet that have a metal insert and the look great on the Champ/VC and lift it up off the floor, but this time I'm going to install new Fender push-in glides, $12 but oh well.. Now to freshen up the tolex glue and some new staples.

This tip is prevention rather than repair. Know the humidity level in your space and control it. Most basement areas are much higher humidity than people suspect. A simple hygrometer is a $10. drug store or hardware store item. Or a $70 StewMac item if you prefer
40-50% is a good level. Good for your guitars, your amps, and even your health. Above 50% and mold, mildew, rust have a life.
If you find your space above 50%, buy a good portable dehumidifier, sized to the space, and set it at 40-45%. If you have a basement drain, its nice to have one with a drain option so you don't need to keep emptying the stupid bucket.
